    Tenyards was founded by Jean and Shashi in 2015. Their passion for innovation and affinity towards socio economic development led them to create their company to achieve these goals in the arena of ICT.

Meet the founders

Jean Martin
With 20 years in financial advisory, international strategic business consulting, infrastructure, manufacturing / Wholesales and tech industries. Jean has a demonstrated track record working on complex business problems at both Fortune 500, start-up organizations and family-built businesses.

He advised Middle-East investors on new business ventures investment in Europe; developed financial model and strategic documentation to support investment decision and conducted pre-deal operational due-diligence; structured and co-led a $ 3M fund-raising campaign in the GCC region.

After a telecom’s software venture in Spain, Jean was CEO of several companies in Europe, Africa, and Senior Operational and Financial Advisor on behalf of several multinational companies, in business strategy, change management and turnaround programs focused on strategic, finance and operation activities to achieve revenue, profit and business growth objectives.

He earned a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from EI-CESI Paris - France, and a MBA from London Business School - UK.

Shashi Lakhotia
Shashi Lakhotia has more than 20 years’ experience in family business set-ups and multi-national companies notably operating in emerging markets. His career cuts across Finance, Operations, Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, and Procurement working in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Consulting sectors notably
with Kris-Oil Integrated Services Limited, Kulak Trades & Industries plc and PwC.

Shashi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a MBA degree from Imperial College - UK.
